Membership fees without chasing: see who owes at a glance
For most clubs, the end of the month means a spreadsheet, bank statements and messages to parents asking “have you paid?”. In VirtuAdmin one screen shows who has paid, who is late and how much is left to collect, and the board report is one button.

One screen instead of a spreadsheet and statements
Membership bills are created in VirtuAdmin and payments are recorded in the same place, so the balance is always right. Pick what you want to see and the total is there: how much the club is owed, how much is collected, who paid in advance.
- Only debtors in one click, for any period or for all dates
- By group: one group or all of them, tidy even in a club with many groups
- Search by player, group, bill name and payment reference, when a parent says they have paid
- The filter says what is selected, e.g. “all bills with debt, regardless of date”, so there is no doubt what a number means
Know what happened to the email
Every bill shows what happened to the email sent to the parent: Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Delayed, Bounced or Spam. No more “I never got it”: you can see it was opened, or that the address needs fixing.
A payment QR code in the email
Parents get the bill with a Serbian NBS IPS QR code and pay with mobile banking, without typing in the account number. Send a reminder with one click from the bill’s row.

Price, discount, to pay, paid and balance sit next to each other. Debt is red, so you see it without reading the numbers.
Phone
Collections from your pocket, even at practice
A parent walks up after practice and asks how much they owe? On the phone, bills are clear cards: player, group, status and three numbers (to pay, paid, balance). Email, edit and view are in the menu underneath, with no tiny buttons.

Board report
A board meeting without fixing spreadsheets
The Excel button builds a finished document from the bills on screen, with the same filters. Not an export you spend an hour tidying up, but a report that goes straight to the printer.
- Group by group, players by surname and a subtotal for each group
- Discounts explained: personal discount as a percentage or amount, manual discount with its note, so nobody asks where the difference came from
- Summary: per group the number of members, paid and unpaid bills, collected and debt, then a total for the whole club
