Security
Children’s data deserves serious protection
Hashed passwords
Passwords are never stored as text. Members set their own password from a link, or sign in with Google or Apple.
Roles checked on the server
Admin, coach, parent and player. Every request is checked on the server, so a parent only sees their own child and their child’s bills.
Protected sign-in
reCAPTCHA, a 15-minute lockout after three wrong attempts and CSRF protection on sign-in.
Member photos are private
Players’ photos and documents are not public files. They are served only to signed-in users who have the right role.
Every change is logged
The system log shows who created, changed or deleted what and when, from coaches to administrators.
Data on request
Members can request account deletion from the app. Each club has its own database, and data never mixes between clubs.

Frequently asked questions
Is VirtuAdmin an off-the-shelf product you bought?
No. Our team wrote the whole system, from the database to the phone app, and maintains it every day for the clubs that use it. That is why we can change and extend it to fit how your club works.
Which sports is VirtuAdmin for?
It was built with volleyball clubs, so it has sets, jersey numbers, leagues and rankings. Members, groups, training, fees and medicals work the same for any club, and we adapt competitions to your sport.
Do we get a club website too?
Yes. The public site has news, a photo and video gallery, groups and training schedule, coaches, competitions, live matches and contact. It is all edited from the same admin, with no separate CMS.
How do parents get and pay bills?
The membership bill arrives by email with an NBS IPS QR code, so it can be paid by scanning it in a mobile banking app. Parents also see it in the app as a PDF. Admins see whether the email was delivered or bounced and who owes how much.
How is training attendance recorded?
The coach opens the session on a phone, marks who came and gives stars for effort. Players can check in from the app themselves when they are within 400 m of the gym.
Is children’s data safe?
Every club has its own database. Parents see only their own child, member photos are not public and every change stays in the system log. Members can request account deletion from the app.
Can everything be done from a phone?
Yes. The admin and portals work in a phone browser, and the club also gets Android and iOS apps with its own name and push notifications.
