One email to the whole group, with an attachment that stays
A tournament invitation, a kit list, a schedule. That used to mean the same email, copy and paste, and an attachment you hunt for every time. In VirtuAdmin you pick who receives it, add the file and save. The file stays with the message. When you are ready, one click and it goes to everyone.

How it works
Write it once. Send it when you want
Saving does not send. The message is ready first, with recipients and a file. It leaves only when you click Send.
- You choose who. Parents, players, or both. The whole school, or only the groups you tick.
- You attach a file. PDF, image, Word or Excel. It is stored with the message, not only on your computer.
- You send in one click. VirtuAdmin tells you the message has gone. If a long list fails halfway, it does not pretend everyone received it.
Addresses stay private
Each person gets their own email. They do not see who else is on the list, so parents are not writing to each other through your invitation.
The file does not vanish
Save the message, close it, come back later. The file is still there. You are not searching folders again just before you send.
You know it went
Until the server confirms the send, the mail still says Send. There is no fake “sent” left on the screen when the message never left.
